How do I know what size my nails are?

To ensure the sizes you order will be a perfect fit for your nails, buying a sizing kit is required BEFORE placing your order for press-ons. It is recommended that you order a sizing kit in each different shape/length you like since sizes may vary between different shapes/lengths. You can find the sizing kits in the “Sizing Kits” tab.
**Please double check that your sizes are correct when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes.

How do I order custom press-ons?

Step 1: Order a sizing kit in your desired shape and length.
Step 2: Once you have your sizing kit, email your custom press on request to info@nailsbynicoleann.com or DM us on Instagram (@nails.by.nicoleann). Include any details about what you do and do not want on your custom set, such as colors, charms, 3D art, etc. Photos/inspiration are encouraged. Once we discuss details of your set, we will let you know which custom set level to order.

Step 3: Place your order, and make sure to include your sizes & shape/length in the “order special instructions” box at checkout and we will get started on your set <3

What’s included with my press-on order?

Each press-on set will come with an application kit and instructions for application/removal. Each application kit includes:

  • 1 Cuticle Pusher
  • 1 Cuticle Oil Wipe
  • 1 Buffer
  • 1 Liquid Nail Glue
  • 2 Alcohol Pads
  • 1 Sheet of Adhesive Tabs (for short term wear)

Additional application kits will be available for purchase under the “Application Kit” tab.

How long will my press-ons last?

With proper prep and application (using liquid nail glue), they can last up to 2 ½ weeks. The adhesive tabs are for short term wear, typically for one-day use.

Are they reusable?

Yes! Your press-on sets can be reused with proper removal. Lightly buff away remaining glue on the inside of each nail and wipe them with an alcohol pad.

How long is the processing time?

After you place an order, processing time is generally 7-10 days. This does not include shipping time. If you are planning on ordering a press-on set(s) for an event, birthday, vacation/holiday, please consider processing/shipping times and order ahead.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can usually take 3-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the U.S. Hopefully, in the future we will offer international shipping.

What is your shipping policy?

  • All orders are shipped thru USPS.
  • Once USPS has possession of your package, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged and/or delayed packages due to weather and/or other unforeseeable reasons.

Incorrect address or package was returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect mailing address provided when ordering, we will ship it back out to the correct address, but you will be required to pay for shipping.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Since each press-on set is handmade/made to order, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing. Please double check your sizes when providing them at check out.
If you provide an incorrect size, we do offer an option for a replacement nail at an additional cost. Please see the “replacement nail” tab.
